Custom work requires 30% initial non-refundable payment which will be applied to the total price of the item. Customer will be provided a hand sketch with appropriate dimensions and material selection for approval prior to work commencement.
Customer recognizes that wood material is by nature imperfect and may include blemishes and color variation as well as experience minor warping and distortion due to climate conditions. The craftsman will endeavor to identify such imperfections and adapt them to the work piece as much as practicable .
Custom item sales are final and non-refundable.
Products are shipped within continental USA only.
Return and Refund Policy
Items (exclusive of custom work) are returnable within ten days of receipt with full refund less shipping costs.
Return shipping to be paid by the customer
Items must be unused and in original condition unless damaged due to shipment
Returns due to shipping damage will be processed through the shipping carrier
Refunds will be processed through the original form of payment
